Starting salary range of $23.67 /hr. – $24.85 /hr., depending on experience, with opportunities for annual performance‑based increases.
Schedule
Shift: Swing shift, Wednesday to Sunday.

Purpose
The Sauté Cook will prepare high‑quality sauté food items to order while exceeding guests’ expectations by following recipes, presentation guidelines, and Vista specifications. The role includes producing food in a timely fashion and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.
Responsibilities
- Accommodate special guest requests while delivering high‑quality standards.
- Fabricate and cook all sauté proteins to ticket temperature requests.
- Prepare and complete all tasks on daily station line prep lists.
- Ensure product par levels are adequate for the day’s service needs.
- Communicate with other stations to meet proper table ticket times.
- Maintain proper cleanliness of the station.
- Follow sanitation and food rotation procedures.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED, or recognized equivalent (RED) or foreign high school diploma (FHD).
- Minimum two (2) years sauté cooking experience in a high‑volume restaurant.
- Any combination of education and experience that clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the job duties.
- Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO).
- Must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission.
- Pre‑employment drug testing required for all positions.
- Use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I).
- DOT panel testing required for Driver position.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of meat and seafood cuts.
- Ability to handle multiple styles of proteins and stations with minimal assistance.
- Proven working knowledge of kitchen equipment, including grills, roast‑and‑hold ovens, conventional and convection ovens, and fryers.
