SAP Tester

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Tester / QA Tester with hands-on experience in SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and manual testing experience, along with a good understanding of SAP CX business processes, integrations, and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional and manual testing for SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions.
• Create detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements.
• Execute test cases and document test results.
• Identify, analyze, and report defects using appropriate defect-management tools.
• Perform regression, integration, functional, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate SAP CX business processes and ensure solutions meet functional requirements.
• Test and validate SAP integrations and interfaces between CX solutions and other enterprise systems.
• Work closely with developers, functional consultants, business analysts, and other QA team members to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
• Support defect triage, root-cause analysis, retesting, and closure.
• Maintain testing documentation and provide regular testing status updates.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience testing SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions.
• Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud v2 / Hybris.
• Experience with SAP Engagement Cloud, formerly known as SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement.
• Experience with SAP Sales Cloud.
• Experience with SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP).
• Strong understanding of SAP CX business processes and workflows.
• Strong experience in functional/manual testing.
• Experience in test case preparation, test execution, defect reporting, and retesting.
• Good understanding of SAP integrations and interfaces.
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing integrations between SAP CX and other SAP/non-SAP applications.
• Experience with API or interface testing.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ALM, or similar defect-management tools.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in enterprise SAP environments.
