Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced customizations using ERP platform capabilities and limitations, and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity.
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, and lead compliance initiatives through audits to uphold security protocols and industry standards.
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Experience in testing S/4 HANA, enterprise asset management (EAM)/plant maintenance, field service management (FSM), and service & asset management (SSAM) landscape applications.
• Experience leading and managing testing activities for large transformation projects related to SAP S/4 HANA upgrades or implementations.
• Experience in a program test management role with a strong understanding of testing processes and the testing lifecycle.
• Experience as an SAP program test manager for large SAP S/4 HANA migration testing programs (implementation, rollout, or upgrade projects).
• Experience handling test management for large SAP S/4 HANA testing transformation programs with end-to-end responsibility for successful completion.
• Experience with MF ALM and ability to demonstrate ALM workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SAP testing.
• Experience in SAP presales activities.
• Knowledge of SAP business intelligence modules.

Pay

For candidates based in the following locations, estimated annual compensation is as follows:

• Pomona, CA: $118,498 – $154,047
• Rosemead, CA: $118,498 – $158,850
