About the role

We're working with a leading consulting firm specializing in innovative technology solutions and digital transformation, partnering with clients to optimize their business processes and enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and manual testing for SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions
• Prepare and execute test cases, ensuring high quality and accuracy
• Report and track defects through to resolution
• Understand SAP CX business processes and integrations
• Collaborate with development teams on SAP integrations and interfaces
• Contribute to the overall quality assurance process for SAP CX implementations

Requirements

• Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (v2 / Hybris)
• Proficiency in SAP Engagement Cloud (formerly SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement)
• Knowledge of SAP Sales Cloud
• Familiarity with SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP)
• Strong understanding of SAP CX business processes and integrations
• Proven experience in functional/manual testing, test case preparation, execution, and defect reporting
