SAP Service Management Consultant
About the role
This role involves implementing and supporting SAP Service Management processes. The position is expected to last 12 months with potential for extension.
Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP Service Management modules and their integration with other SAP components like Finance, Controlling, Logistics, Supply Chain, trade compliance, and Reporting/Analytics.
- Configure and manage SAP Service Management to handle Service Orders, Repair Orders, Warranty/Warranty Claims, and Service Contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document business requirements, and develop, test, and deploy SAP and non-SAP systems and solutions.
- Provide day-to-day user support for system issues and service requests.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP.
- Experience in configuring SAP Service Management and integrating it with various SAP components.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA is a plus.
Qualifications
- Industry background and strong understanding of Repair Depot and Service Center Processes, Service Orders, Repair Orders, Warranty/Warranty Claims, and Service Contracts.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA.
