About the role

Lead end-to-end solution architecture for a global SAP Human Capital Management ecosystem, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA Payroll, and AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of complex SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.
• Oversee SAP ECP Payroll integrations and enterprise integrations built on SAP BTP and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
• Lead the evaluation, design, and deployment of AI capabilities, including SAP Joule, within the SAP SuccessFactors landscape.
• Partner with HR and IT to define AI governance, ensure responsible AI practices, and identify innovation opportunities.
• Collaborate with HR business leaders to shape the SuccessFactors product strategy and multi-year roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering).
• 6+ years of progressive SAP SuccessFactors experience with a focus on functional-technical delivery and product leadership.
• Deep hands-on expertise with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and understanding of SAP S/4HANA Payroll.
• Proven experience designing secure, end-to-end SuccessFactors solution architectures and integration expertise with SAP BTP and CPI.
• Working knowledge of AI and generative AI technologies, including practical understanding of AI copilots for HR use cases.
• Strong understanding of HR data models, roles, permissions, and compliance frameworks (RBP, GDPR, SOX).
• Demonstrated leadership in governing internal teams, third-party integrators, and vendors.

Pay

Competitive annual salary of $135,000 - $155,000, plus an attractive incentive compensation program.
