About the role

SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant – 3‑6 Months Contract – Mason, OH (Onsite)

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Service Management (SM) processes in SAP S/4HANA.
• Configure and customize S/4 Service Management modules (Service Orders, Service Contracts, Service Billing, Resource Planning).
• Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Integrate Service Management with SD, MM, FI, and CS modules.
• Provide issue resolution, enhancements, and end‑user training.

Requirements

• Required SAP experience, with at least 2‑3 full‑cycle implementations in S/4HANA Service Management.
• Strong knowledge of Service Orders, Service Contracts, Billing, and Customer Interaction in S/4.
• Understanding of related modules (SD, MM, FI, CS).
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
