SAP Sales Head
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Sales Leader to drive revenue growth for our SAP Testing, Quality Engineering, and Test Automation solutions. This role combines enterprise sales leadership and direct selling, with responsibility for building pipeline, closing strategic deals, managing key customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across SAP Testing and Quality Engineering services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
- Build relationships with CIOs, IT Leaders, SAP Program Managers, and Digital Transformation stakeholders.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop SAP sales professionals.
- Drive sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Establish sales processes, metrics, and accountability.
Customer & Market Engagement
- Partner with pre-sales and delivery teams to develop winning solutions and proposals.
- Support customers undergoing SAP S/4HANA migrations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
- Represent the organization at SAP events, industry forums, and customer engagements.
Required Qualifications
- 12–15 years of enterprise software, IT services, or technology sales experience.
- 8+ years selling SAP-related services, testing, automation, or quality engineering solutions.
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience.
- Proven success closing large enterprise deals and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, FICO, MM, SD, HCM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and CRM.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling SAP Testing, Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or DevOps solutions.
- Familiarity with SAP migration and transformation programs.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and automation platforms.
- MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification.
