SAP S4/HANA Deployment Director

For our client, a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, we are seeking a SAP S4/HANA Deployment Director to turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead global rollout of SAP S/4HANA within scope, budget, and timeline
• Enforce and manage global template standards and local adaptations
• Act as primary liaison for stakeholder communication and expectation management
• Oversee project phases including testing, integration, and vendor management
• Identify and manage project risks, providing proactive solutions
• Drive change management efforts and end-user training for smooth transitions
• Supervise data migration and ensure business continuity during go-live

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of SAP S/4HANA deployment experience in a global setting
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM
• Experience managing large-scale international projects with multiple stakeholders
• Proficient in project governance and PMO methodologies
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills; ability to influence senior management
• Familiarity with cross-functional integration and localization challenges
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field

Pay

$165,750 – $232,050 annually
