SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager

What You'll Do

• Lead enterprise SAP ERP implementation programs from planning through post-go-live stabilization.
• Manage multiple workstreams, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT leadership, system integrators and third-party vendors.
• Drive governance, executive communications and steering committee updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Cook up solution design, testing, data migration, deployment and organizational change management activities.
• Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with business objectives.
• Foster collaboration across internal delivery teams and external implementation partners.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale SAP ERP implementations, including at least two end-to-end enterprise engagements.
• Minimum of three SAP implementation projects, including at least one full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA deployment.
• Proven experience managing complex ERP transformation programs across business leaders, IT organizations, system integrators, vendors and internal delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies, including fit-to-standard, design, build, testing, deployment and hypercare.
• Experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, OnePlan and Azure DevOps.
• Demonstrated success managing project budgets, schedules, resource planning and executive-level stakeholder communications.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and organizational skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
