SAP Plant Maintenance

Location: Harrisburg, PA – 60% onsite

Requirements

• Senior consultant for Plan-to-Repair (P2R) workstream
• Deep expertise in Plant Maintenance / Asset Management, including linear asset management
• Experience with DoT (Department of Transportation) work orders & notifications – preferred
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA (2023/2025) – mandatory
• Experience with Clean Core adoption and service order integrations
• Public sector experience preferred (State/Federal DoT)
• Ability to review and improve Business Process Documents (BPDs) and functional specs
• Configure system and collaborate across Finance, Sales, Procurement, HCM
• Transform ECC processes to S/4HANA best practices
• Experience with Cloud ALM / Signavio modeling
• Hands-on troubleshooting and Fit-to-Standard recommendations
• Cross-functional integration expertise: PS, PP (MTO/MTS), FI/CO/FM, MM, SD
• Support end-to-end integration across procurement, production, finance, asset management, and sales
• Strong S/4HANA configuration, simplification, and innovation experience
• Knowledge of Fiori UX, analytics, and BTP Clean Core
• Strong stakeholder communication and engagement skills
