Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP PM module in ECC environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Plant Maintenance processes
- Work closely with business users to understand requirements and provide solutions
- Handle incident management, service requests, and system enhancements
- Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution of defects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, etc.) as needed
- Support system testing, documentation, and continuous improvements
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC support projects
- Good understanding of maintenance processes (Preventive, Corrective, Breakdown)
- Experience in incident management and ticketing tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
