SAP P2S Aftermarket MRO Transformation Manager (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a SAP P2S Aftermarket MRO Transformation Manager to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will lead complex ERP transformation efforts supporting aftermarket operations, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA and maintenance, repair, and overhaul workflows. The position will align technology and operational priorities to improve process performance, execution discipline, and overall program outcomes. You will partner closely with operational, technology, and vendor stakeholders to deliver solutions that support schedule, budget, quality, and change adoption.
