Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into an S4/Hanna solution.
- Work in conjunction with external systems integrators and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of quality solutions.
- Configure and customize S4/Hanna modules to meet business needs, including Production Planning, Quality Management, Shop Floor Control, Plant Maintenance and Performance Analysis.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, test plans and user manuals.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of S4/Hanna.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting and performance tuning to optimize system performance and reliability.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in S4/Hanna technologies and recommend process improvements and enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field; master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of SAP ECC & S/4 Hanna experience with PP, PM, QM, MM, WM and related master data.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including Production Planning, Quality Management, Shop Floor Control and Plant Maintenance.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, execute, and control IT initiatives within budget and timeline.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is a plus.
Pay
Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $120,000-$160,000.00, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
