This role requires a strong client-facing presence and full-time onsite commitment at the client location, focusing on SAP S4 HR, RCM , HCM and good to have US Payroll, and SuccessFactors modules. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on functional experience in SAP S4 HR and HCM, RCM, Success Factor and Onboarding and US Payroll. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in Recruiting (RCM), Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), and Organizational Management/Personnel Administration (OM/PA) Minimum Of 12 Years Of Experience In Relevant Skills Active certifications in SAP S4 HR and SuccessFactors Bachelor's degree or equivalent undergraduate education Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry Preferred Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of payroll processing, time evaluation, and compliance Experience in time management within SAP HCM , RCM and onboarding Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Day-to-Day Responsibilities Act as a functional support consultant in an AMS environment Provide end-to-end support for incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements Perform issue analysis, root-cause identification, and resolution Work closely with client stakeholders, HR teams, and IT counterparts Ensure adherence to SLAs and support processes Participate in system testing, validation, and user support activities Prepare functional documentation and support handover activities Coordinate with technical teams where required Company Benefits & Culture Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and dynamic work environment Comprehensive benefits package
