SAP Functional Architect Associate Director
About the role
The Technology Consulting Associate Director position at Protiviti is designed for professionals with extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA, particularly in public and private cloud solutions. This role involves leading and implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions, guiding clients through complex business problem-solving, and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Leading and implementing SAP S/4HANA Public and Private cloud solutions
- Solution design and key elements of SAP architectures
- Assist in client pursuits for SAP S/4HANA deals
- Provide direction and assistance to key practice leaders and MDs on the benefits and practical challenges of using SAP S/4HANA
- Develop standard vertical-based demos and solutions
- Design presentations to facilitate interest in the SAP S/4HANA solution
- Lead client presentations and client information gathering sessions
- Manage licensing and establish standards with the SAP alliance team
- Establish and cultivate business relationships with senior executives
- Pursue business development opportunities and implement strategies to obtain new work or clientele
- Translate and communicate client challenges to personnel, including executives
- Lead and supervise teams, conduct performance appraisals, and coach team members
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, CIS, or related field)
- 9+ years of professional services or industry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications, with specific emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access
- Professional certification such as SAP S/4HANA Sell Authorization (e.g., Sales Executive, Customer Engagement Executive, Presales Consultant) or LOB Solution Consultant or similar

Pay
The starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule and ranges from $163,000.00 to $278,000.00 annually. The bonus target opportunity is 16%, resulting in a total cash range of $189,080.00 to $322,480.00 annually.
Schedule
The role is offered on a hybrid schedule, combining in-person and remote work. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements varies by client, project, team, and other business factors.
