SAP Functional Architect Associate Director
About the role
The Technology Consulting Associate Director role at Protiviti involves leading and implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions, guiding clients through complex business problems, and developing strategies to enhance client service capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Leading and implementing SAP S/4HANA Public and Private cloud solutions
- Solution design and key elements of SAP architectures
- Assist in client pursuits for SAP S/4HANA deals
- Provide direction and assistance to key practice leaders and MDs on the benefits and practical challenges of using SAP S/4HANA
- Develop standard vertical based demos and solutions
- Design presentations to facilitate interest in the SAP S/4HANA solution
- Lead client presentations and client information gathering sessions
- Licensing work with the SAP alliance team to establish standards in licensing
- Establish regular meetings with SAP to discuss opportunities
- Build and cultivate business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives
- Successfully pursue business development opportunities and implement strategies to obtain new work or clientele
- Translate and communicate challenges to client personnel, including executives
- Conduct performance appraisals, mentoring, and coaching for team members
- Oversee and review work across teams, understand how to motivate team members
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with leading and implementing SAP S/4HANA Public and Private cloud solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access
- Professional Certification such as SAP S/4HANA Sell Authorization (e.g., Sales Executive, Customer Engagement Executive, Presales Consultant) or LOB Solution Consultant or similar strongly preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, CIS, or related field)
- 9+ years working in professional services or industry

- Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries

Pay
Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule and ranges from $153,000.00 to $260,000.00 annually. The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity, ranging from $177,480.00 to $301,600.00 annually.
