SAP ERP Basis Team Member

Position Duties

• Perform daily operational checks for SAP on cloud: availability, basic performance, batch health, and interface connectivity.
• Support SAP system lifecycle tasks under guidance: client copies, refreshes, transport readiness checks, start/stop procedures, and housekeeping.
• Aid with cloud-side tasks: VM instance checks, storage capacity monitoring, network connectivity validation, and tagging/compliance basics.
• Participate in patching activities (OS-level coordination, maintenance windows) and post-change validation.
• Collect evidence/logs for incidents (SAP logs, OS metrics, cloud monitoring signals) and escalate with clear context.
• Maintain documentation: runbooks, environment inventories, and handover notes.

Position Required

• DoD Secret Clearance.
• T5 level background investigation.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• CompTIA Security+ Certification.
• CompTIA Linux+ Certification.
• Demonstrated experience working with SAP Navy ERP systems.
• Experience providing Tier 3 or advanced functional/technical support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train diverse user groups.
• Understanding of Navy workflows, financial processes, or supply operations.

Pay & Benefits

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000. Actual compensation offered to candidate will vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
