Role Details

Location: Iselin, NJ / Hybrid. Duration: Long Term. Start Date: ASAP. Rate: DOE.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience working within large-scale Data & Analytics organizations, with strong expertise in modern Microsoft and SAP technologies.
• Extensive experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Fiori, HANA XS applications, and cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools, including Microsoft Fabric, SAP Analytics Cloud, Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, Web Intelligence, Analysis for Office/OLAP, and related reporting technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Core Data Services (CDS) views and enterprise analytics solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders simultaneously in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated success working effectively in ambiguous, dynamic, and fast-paced environments.
• Experience operating in unstructured, collaborative, and cross-functional environments, driving initiatives from concept through execution.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent projects and strategic initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
