About the role
Our goal is to offer clients a distinct business perspective on leveraging SAP technology to enhance their operations. This approach is grounded in EY’s SAP service line capabilities—Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, and SuccessFactors—aimed at improving performance and boosting productivity.
Responsibilities
- Planning and executing various test cycles for large SAP implementations.
- Working with the project team and third parties to confirm business requirements that must be tested and the approach to meet testing requirements.
- Building and managing the delivery of technology transformation projects and programs that align with our organizational strategy.
- Providing assurance to leadership by managing timelines, costs, and quality, while leading both technical and non-technical project teams in the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
- No less than 4 - 6 years of proven experience in a testing lead role, specifically with large SAP implementations.
- Experience in developing test strategies, scenarios, and cases.
- Strong understanding of iterative and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Ability to manage project or program resource management effectively.
Qualifications
- Define the test strategy, planning, implementing and quality assurance for large complex projects.
- Proven ability to drive test design, preparation, and execution across extensive business and system requirements within tight timelines.
- Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools.
- Strong understanding of various testing methodologies and best practices.
- Demonstrate expertise in technical skills application functional design.
- Familiarity with the System Development Lifecycle.
- Knowledge of the technology landscape.
- Experience in leading teams.
- A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Pay
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
Schedule
Most people in external, client serving roles work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
