Delivery Manager
About the role
This role manages delivery execution for a software-product engineering and managed-capacity engagement with a Kyndryl client. Key responsibilities include establishing and managing the delivery framework, supporting capacity planning, coordinating onboarding, tracking progress, acting as an escalation point, and operating within a customer-controlled delivery model.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage the delivery framework for communications, reporting, governance, escalation, change control, status tracking, and procedural coordination
- Support capacity planning and resource alignment across engineering, customer experience, customer success, software development, cloud implementation, safety certification, technical support, and project/program workstreams
- Cook up onboarding, access readiness, training dependencies, knowledge transfer, transition activities, and resource continuity
- Track delivery progress, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, planned activities, completed activities, and recommendations
- Act as a delivery escalation point for service impacts and unresolved issues
- Operate within a customer-controlled delivery model where the customer retains ownership of backlog, prioritization, workflows, tooling, compliance frameworks, and platform governance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams and quality services to customers
- Sound knowledge of Kyndryl competencies, managed platforms, IT services, technology vendors
- Experience in leading teams through incident, problem and change management, as well as root cause analysis
- Ability to partner with Delivery Partner(s) and work with SREs to generate positive customer outcomes
- AIOps hands-on knowledge, automation and innovation-oriented mindset
- Well versed for direct and constant interaction with the customer
- Sympathetic and empowering delivery resource manager, fostering growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certifications (preferred)

Benefits
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $124,920 to $237,480 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations: California (San Francisco Bay Area): $149,880 to $284,880 California (All Other):$137,400 to $261,120 Colorado: $124,920 to $237,480 Massachusetts$124,920 to $261,120 New York City: $149,880 to $284,880 Washington: $137,400 to $261,120 Washington DC:$137,400 to $261,120 This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
