SAP CO Transformation Lead - S/4HANA

About the role

As a Stream Lead specializing in the S/4 CO module within the SAP Service Line, you will guide our clients in addressing major Finance challenges, particularly in Management Control, as part of large-scale S/4HANA projects. Our goal is to help large enterprises leverage the power of technological advancements and the openness of S/4HANA through our "Renewable Enterprise" approach.

Responsibilities

• Support digital transformation and the evolution of business models.
• Assist financial departments in improving their objectives (cost tracking, margin management, implementation of analytical reporting).
• Address new needs around sustainable development (ESG standards, green taxonomy).
• Ensure alignment between client needs and the implementation of the SAP CO solution while leading and supporting a team through each project phase.
• Analyze and formalize user requirements, facilitate general and detailed design workshops with the client, and propose suitable solutions.
• Configure the SAP CO module, document functional processes, and train users.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) and a minimum of 6 years of experience deploying SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Functional and technical mastery of the CO module, with strong expertise in at least one of the following: CO-PA, CO-PS, or CO-PC (including Material Ledger).
• Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information.
• Proven leadership, relationship-building skills, and ability to facilitate business workshops and lead teams.
