SAP PM Transformation Lead - S/4HANA

About the role

As a Transformation Lead SAP, you will drive digital transformation projects for our clients, leveraging your expertise in the SAP PM (Plant Management) module. You will work within a global community of experts to shape your career and contribute to building a more sustainable and inclusive world.

Responsibilities

• Operational management of consultant teams in Agile or distributed delivery modes, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality of deliverables.
• Identify business needs, particularly in maintenance, and formalize this information to create the business blueprint.
• Analyze gaps relative to the standard or reference solution.
• Draft functional specifications and configure/parameterize SAP PM and its extensions, including testing.
• Integrate business processes with modules PP, MM, CO, and QM.
• Prepare support materials and train end-users.
• Identify and manage risks, monitor project timelines, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate between teams and maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) with at least 4 years of experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Expertise in the SAP PM module and a strong understanding of integration with MM, CO, QM, and PP.
• Proficiency in industrial maintenance business concepts.
• Experience with S/4HANA is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with analytical thinking.
• Professional English proficiency and ability to work in an international environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, relationship-building, and team facilitation skills.
