SAP FI CO Transformation Lead - S/4HANA

About the role

As a Stream Lead SAP FICO, you will support clients in implementing the SAP solution, particularly in managing financial processes within major S/4HANA projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops and ensure alignment between client needs and the design of the accounting solution for core processes: general accounting, vendor accounting, customer accounting, fixed asset accounting, and bank accounting.
• Configure the solution across FI sub-modules (primarily FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, FI-BL) and the CO module.
• Assist clients with complex processes such as bank reconciliations, defining intercompany processes, and tax filings.
• Ensure integration with other SAP modules.
• Provide support activities.
• Identify and manage risks, ensure deadlines are met, monitor schedules, and oversee smooth project execution.
• Coordinate topics among teams and maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.
• Participate in pre-sales activities for projects.
• Contribute to the drafting and presentation of commercial proposals.

Requirements

• Bac+5 degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience deploying SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Expertise in the FI and CO modules and their sub-modules.
• Fluent English.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, and aptitude for facilitating business workshops.
