SAP FI Transformation Lead - S/4HANA

About the role

As a Stream Lead SAP Finance specializing in the FI module within the SAP Service Line, you will guide our clients in addressing major Finance challenges, particularly in controlling, as part of key S/4HANA projects.

• Support digital transformation and the evolution of business models
• Assist financial departments in improving their objectives (cash management, cost tracking, margin monitoring)
• Integrate regulatory requirements (e-invoicing, e-reporting)
• Address new sustainability needs (ESG standards, green taxonomy)
• Ensure alignment between client needs and SAP FI solution implementation while leading and supporting a team through every project phase
• Analyze and formalize user requirements, facilitate client workshops, and advise on solution choices
• Configure the SAP FI module, document functional processes, and train users

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) with a minimum of 4 years’ experience deploying SAP S/4HANA solutions
• Functional and technical expertise in the FI module and its sub-modules: OM, PC, PA
• Fluent English and ability to work in an international environment
• Strong analytical skills and a synthesis-oriented mindset
• Proven relational skills, leadership, and ability to lead teams and business workshops
