SAP FI CO Transformation Lead - S/4HANA
About the role
As a Stream Lead SAP FICO, you will guide our clients in implementing SAP solutions, particularly in managing financial processes as part of major S/4HANA projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops and ensure alignment between client needs and the design of the accounting solution for core processes: general accounting, supplier accounting, customer accounting, asset accounting, and bank accounting.
- Configure the solution for FI sub-modules (primarily FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, FI-BL) and the CO module.
- Support clients on complex processes such as bank reconciliations, intercompany process definitions, or tax declarations.
- Ensure integration with other SAP modules.
- Perform support tasks.
- Identify and manage risks, ensure deadlines are met, monitor the schedule, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate topics between teams and ensure effective communication with project stakeholders.
- Participate in pre-sales activities for projects.
- Contribute to the drafting and defense of commercial proposals.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) with at least 6 years of experience in deploying SAP S/4HANA solutions.
- Expertise in the FI and CO modules and their sub-modules.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical skills, synthesis ability, and capacity to support project teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, and ability to lead business workshops.
