Starting pay: $15.75 per hour. Performance reviews at 90 days, 6 months, and annually.

About the Role

This role is responsible for disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling production equipment. We are seeking individuals who enjoy teamwork and are motivated to grow within the company. This position requires the ability to understand and follow detailed instructions, particularly regarding the use of chemicals and safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow all cleaning and safety procedures.
• Perform end-of-shift cleaning, including full disassembly, manual cleaning, inspection, and reassembly of equipment.
• Inspect machine parts for wear or damage and report issues to the supervisor.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and remove parts weighing 5–30 lbs.
• Handle equipment ranging from 1–5 feet in length.
• Work in a variety of positions including standing, bending, and kneeling.
