Sanitation Team Member, Syrup - 2nd Shift

About the role

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented team player to join our Sanitation team and help keep Torani’s Production running safely and smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every surface, piece of equipment, and production area is cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use in food manufacturing.
• Follow established sanitation and cleaning in place (CIP) procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly to keep everyone aligned.
• Work closely with teammates across Sanitation, Production, and Quality Assurance.
• Make safety a priority in everything you do.
• Keep your team and leaders informed through clear, accurate communication.
• Show up, follow through, and give your best effort.
• Collaborate easily with others, lending a hand when needed and celebrating shared successes.
• Be curious about how things work and look for small ways to make our sanitation process better every day.
• Share ideas to improve cleaning routines, reduce downtime, and make tasks safer and more efficient.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
• M-F, 2nd Shift: 1:00PM - 9:30PM, plus overtime as needed.
• Eligible for $1.00 shift differential.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, twist for up to 8 hours.
