Responsibilities

• Assist Sanitation Manager to effectively mentor, train and coach the day and mid-shift sanitation team members to drive engagement, inclusion as well as focus on internal customer service.
• Assist Sanitation Manager to plan cleaning schedules and proper allocation of resources (labor, supplies, equipment and time) while planning and executing for successful changeovers, sanitation weekends and daily activities.
• Enforce sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOPs) and master sanitation schedule (MSS); support development and maintain the sanitation manual.
• Understand cGMP practices which help ensure the safety within the workplace and the production of safe and quality product(s).
• Assist creating and adjusting schedules for employees to prepare the plant to be audit ready every day.
• Assist managing chemical and consumable inventory levels throughout the plant daily.
• Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs), carrying out duties following cGMP and 5S practices, and being responsible for hygiene and housekeeping in a specified work area.
• Work collaboratively and cross functionally with other departments including Safety, Production, Maintenance, FSQ, HR and Logistics.

• Work safely, complying with all safety, quality and sanitation policies and procedures and proactively identify and report potential safety hazards so they can be corrected.
