About the role

The role of Sanitation Coordinator 3rd Shift involves overseeing sanitation operations in a third shift setting. This includes ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, managing staff schedules, and coordinating with other departments to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sanitation tasks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure coverage during all shifts.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to address cleaning issues and improve efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with management and employees to resolve sanitation-related concerns.
• Train new employees on sanitation procedures and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in sanitation or related field.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay
