Sanitation Clerk - 2nd Shift

About the Role

We are actively reviewing applications for a Sanitation Clerk on the 2nd shift. Sanitation Clerks maintain the sanitation cleaning schedule, supporting food safety and product quality. The individual is assigned an area in the building and must take ownership of their job duties and assignments.

Responsibilities

• Environmental cleaning (trash collection and removal, facilities cleaning, etc.)
• Washroom cleaning activities
• Equipment cleaning (machines, drains, etc.)
• Work safely and efficiently
• Perform any assignment as directed by lead/supervisor
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge and skills
• Uphold and maintain food safety and quality systems
• Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and provide guidance for regulatory audits

Requirements

Education or Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• Understanding of basic arithmetic, reading level to comprehend instructions, policies, and procedures

Physical Demands

• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Bending, stooping, kneeling, walking, and standing for extended periods
• Frequently repeated manual tasks
