SANDWICH TEAM MEMBER

Our Sandwich Team Members are true masters of their crafts, preparing expertly crafted sandwiches, salads, and sauces. You’ll help achieve our mission to bring joy through a warm and welcoming bakery café experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of sandwiches and salads
• Assist and support in all areas of the restaurant as a team player
• Make dressings and sauces for sandwiches and pastries
• Ensure sandwich display is presentable for internal and external customers
• Complete production, usage, and waste reports
• Order product and materials as necessary
• Maintain daily par levels and restock station orders
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
• Inform supervisor when equipment is not working or supplies are low
• Conduct bi-monthly and monthly inventory assessments
• Clean and sanitize refrigerators, freezers, storage areas, work surfaces, equipment, containers, utensils, and dishes
• Receive stock and store food in designated containers and storage areas in an organized manner

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of food handling or related experience
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and knife handling
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) with whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• High emotional intelligence and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Strong team player who fosters a collaborative and engaged environment
