About the role

The San Francisco office of Reed Smith is seeking a mid-to-senior level associate to join the Labor & Employment group.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience with employment litigation, including single plaintiff cases and wage and hour class actions
• Deposition and/or courtroom experience required
• Familiarity with Federal Court Rules and E-Discovery
• Licensed to practice in California

Qualifications

• Employment advice and counseling experience desired

Pay

$365,000 - $435,000. This represents the presently anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith's pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
