Practice Summary
Greenberg Traurig’s Labor & Employment Group provides strategic legal advice on employment matters. The group handles complex cases, including U.S. Supreme Court victories, and assists with corporate transactions, collective bargaining, and labor arbitrations.
Job Requirements
- Experience representing employers on wage and hour compliance, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, employee accommodations, personnel policies, and employment agreements.
- Strong academic performance in law school, with solid interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and a desire to take ownership over work and career.
- In good standing with the CA State Bar.

Pay
The expected pay range for this position is $260,000 to $365,000 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Schedule
