About the role

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, seeks a full-time 3rd – 5th year Associate in the Labor & Employment Practice of our San Francisco office. The position offers competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Represent employers on both a class and individual basis with respect to wage and hour compliance, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, employee accommodations, personnel policies, and employment agreements, along with other labor and employment issues.
  • Work with clients, large and small, from various industries across the country.

Requirements

  • Experience representing employers on both a class and individual basis with respect to wage and hour compliance, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, employee accommodations, personnel policies, and employment agreements, along with other labor and employment issues.
  • Solid academic performance in law school, strong interpersonal, writing and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the desire and initiative to "take ownership" over work and career.
  • Must be in good standing with the CA State Bar.

Pay

The expected pay range for this position is $260,000 to $365,000 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Schedule

Full-time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

Commute

Commuter and Transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
