San Francisco Health Office Practice Leader

For our client, we are seeking a San Francisco Health Office Practice Leader to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead the San Francisco health office practice with responsibility for financial performance, client growth, and overall service delivery. You will partner closely with senior leadership to set direction, manage complex client relationships, and drive profitable outcomes across the practice. The position also calls for strong team leadership, commercial judgment, and the ability to use technology and AI to improve business results. Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $212,000 – $318,000 annually Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of finances, including budgeting and strategy. Ensure profitable client relationships through revenue management and new client acquisition. Embrace technology and AI to drive business success. Define and implement long-term business strategy in alignment with global priorities. Direct large client engagements and manage overall service delivery. Generate revenue by acquiring new clients, cross-selling, and extending current engagements. Leverage the organization's reputation to negotiate competitive rates with carriers and vendors.
