Clinic Manager - San Francisco

Core Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a growing, diverse team.
• Daily and weekly monitoring of revenue targets and closing rates for sales staff and clinicians.
• Oversight of clinic budgets and targets, analysis of results, and implementation of optimisation measures.
• Handling escalated patient concerns and complex issues.
• Contributing to recruitment, onboarding, structured feedback, and where necessary, offboarding.
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience and maintaining an impeccable clinic appearance, reflected in a high NPS.

Requirements

• More than five years of professional experience in a comparable management role.
• Proven expertise in leading sales teams.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Results-oriented and able to work autonomously.
• Solid knowledge of spreadsheet software (e.g. Excel or Google Sheets).
• Fully fluent in English.
