About the role
The Atlanta office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire a Business Immigration Associate to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of business immigration experience with nonimmigrant visas (H, L, E, TN, O and RFEs), all immigrant visa types (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, PERM, I-140, I-130, I-485), and immigration compliance (I-9 audits).
- Manage a wide array of workplace immigration matters.
- Work with clients on various matters, educating them to guide them through challenging moments with their immigration matters.
The Atlanta office of Fisher Phillips is seeking a Senior Associate or Of Counsel with significant employment litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be senior enough to independently lead and manage single-plaintiff employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims, as well as wage and hour matters arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and related state laws.
- Manage all phases of litigation, including drafting, and responding to pleadings and discovery.
- Draft, respond to, and argue motions, take, and defend depositions.
- Prepare matters for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
- Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with litigation teams.
Requirements

- Significant experience handling complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Experience with employment litigation matters such as drafting and responding to pleadings, managing discovery, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and participating in mediations and trials.
- Experience with discrimination cases and restrictive covenant issues.

Pay
The yearly salary range for this position is $220,000 - $240,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
