The Role
You can count on us to support your career journey and help you achieve your professional goals. Your role will include, but not be limited to:
- Implementing sales tax compliance software to align with business requirements.
- Integrating tax software with client ERP systems and on-boarding clients into the firm’s existing sales tax compliance platform.
- Managing sales tax compliance projects.
- Delivering state and local value added consulting solutions to our clients through work on multi-state income tax, franchise tax, sales and use tax, and gross receipts tax matters.
- Providing coaching and mentoring to staff in the advancement of their individual skills and competencies.
- Determining appropriate tax objectives, engagement scope and methodology, and actively participating in decision making with client’s management.
- Effectively leveraging available technology and other resources to maximize technical application to projects.
- Developing and executing a practice development plan including networking, new client development, and client expansion activities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in taxation in public accounting.
- CPA or Bar License required.
- Superior problem solving ability and the ability to organize work effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong technology skills and familiarity with prominent sales tax compliance automation vendors.
- Support staff growth through training and empowerment.

Compensation
The compensation range for this role in CO, IL, OH, and MA is: $106,000-$145,000
