Branch Manager

Job Duties

• Manage staff and daily scheduling and assign duties.
• Ensure a good working environment for employees.
• Resolve customer complaints and warranty issues.
• Accountable for inventory and proper cash handling.
• Determine staffing requirements and hire or oversee hiring of staff.
• Develop relationships with key accounts and insurance providers.
• May perform the duties and responsibilities of the Technician.
• Driving company or customer vehicles may be required.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or related field desired; or comparable years of experience
• Experience in retail or office management including dispatching and scheduling, inventory and fleet management
• Excellent driving record as well as a valid driver's license
• Knowledge of retail practices and procedures
• Excellent Customer Service skills and Sales skills
• Proficient in POS and MS Office
• Knowledge of installation and repair techniques in Auto Glass industry

Pay

Average salary range is $80,000–$90,000 DOE, with potential for bonuses.

Qualifications

Desired degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience in retail or office management.

Skills

Strong leadership and management skills, excellent customer service, proficiency in POS and MS Office, knowledge of auto glass installation and repair.
