Key Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism; manage check-in/check-out seamlessly.
- Educate guests on our premium product lines, including Davines and Oribe.
- Handle high-volume calls with courtesy, managing complex calendars and prioritizing "pre-booking" to support our stylists' growth.
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) software for transactions, maintain a balanced cash drawer, and ensure daily reports are 100% accurate.
- Maintain a pristine, organized facility and assist floor staff and management with daily operational needs.
Position Requirements
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a must.
- Availability: Full-time (40 hours/week). Must be available for evening and weekend shifts (including shifts past 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM).
- Physicality: Ability to stand for long periods and navigate stairs comfortably.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and using salon booking and POS software.

Compensation
Starting hourly rate is negotiable based on your level of experience.
