Coordinator, Client Services
Corporate Real Estate Operations oversees leased and owned facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment while protecting and enhancing the company’s physical assets.
Responsibilities
- Client Services Support
- Assists Facilities Operations Associate Director and Supervisor with multiple upkeep projects, on-campus events, and emergency responses
- Performs monthly building inspections, documenting facilities-related needs to develop associated work orders
- Responds to off-hour emergencies as needed
- Janitorial/Housekeeping Support
- Assists the team managing contracted Housekeeping Services, providing direction and coordination of vendors’ supervisory and attendant staff
- Coordinates special housekeeping projects (campus events set-up/break-down) and emergency responses
- Supervises contracted Housekeeping and Janitorial Services for the ESPN Connecticut campus and assists with reconciling invoices
- Validates and reviews daily housekeeping shift reports; provides analysis and reports to ESPN management
- Oversees and coordinates cleaning equipment repairs as required
- Assists with seasonal snow removal coordination on ESPN properties
- Conference/Event Support
- Provides conference planning support for conference room set-ups and events at ESPN Connecticut properties
- Oversees second-shift conference room layout conversions (follow-up and communications)
- Café Operations Support
- Provides operations support for the Associate Director for food and beverage needs
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of experience in facilities or operations, working in maintenance operations of a multiple-building complex
- In-depth knowledge of proper use of maintenance supplies and equipment
- Valid Connecticut driver’s license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (basic programs) and intermediate or better knowledge of Excel
- Experience with SAP Casual Buyer and SharePoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable with flexibility to work well under pressure
- Detail-oriented with strong customer service skills
- Able to work with all levels of staff and vendors
- Ability to perform tasks independently within established guidelines
- Fluency in Spanish highly recommended
Schedule
Sunday - Thursday, 2:30 P.M. – 11:00 P.M., with the ability to adjust working hours as necessary. Flexibility to work a varying schedule with potential overtime as approved.
Pay
The hiring range for this position in CT is $49,200.00–$66,000.00 per year. The base pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary based on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
