About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide a high standard of assistance to Hairstylists and Hair Colorists by performing tasks such as shampooing clients, applying and monitoring treatments, executing conditioning treatments.
- Maintain standards of Tricoci by managing blow dry/self-serve stations, hairstylist stations, shampoo areas, dispensary areas, and laundry.
- Ensure safety standards and cleanliness, keeping the work area clean and equipment properly sanitized.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during, and after services; always ensure board compliance.
- Actively engage in the Tricoci team, promoting teamwork and high levels of client services.
Requirements
- Experience with retail, hospitality, or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work various schedules including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Strong communication, excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships.
- Able to stand on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a salon or similar setting preferred.
Skills
- Experience with retail, hospitality, or customer service in a fast-paced environment.

$15 - $17 per hour
