Responsibilities

• Support daily salon operations and help the team succeed
• Continue cutting hair alongside leadership duties
• Motivate and encourage a team of stylists
• Assist with salon management and leadership development
• Maintain organization and flexibility to keep the salon running smoothly

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
• A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
• Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
• Organization, flexibility, and the desire to help keep the salon running smoothly
• An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility

Pay

Base pay $16.50/hr; with tips averaging $7-$8 per cut at 2-3 cuts/hr, total pay averages $30.50-$40.50/hr

Schedule

• Weekday shifts 9A-2:30P or 2:30P-7P, plus an extra 10:30A-5:30P shift Mon/Thu/Fri and 1P-6P shift Tue/Wed
• Weekend shifts 9A-6P, plus an extra 10A-5P shift
