Pay

$32–$42/hr plus tips, product bonuses, and built-in clientele.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great haircuts and customer service
• Support daily salon operations and keep the salon running smoothly
• Motivate and encourage a team of stylists
• Grow your leadership skills while continuing to cut hair

Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
• Team-first mindset with a desire to support and encourage others
• Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
• Organization, flexibility, and interest in growing leadership skills
