Pay

Base wage: $22 to $24 per hour. Additional earnings include productivity bonuses, retail commissions, and tips (managers average $10–20/hour in tips and bonuses).

• Deliver great haircuts and customer service

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and a commitment to great customer service

• Organization, flexibility, and an interest in growing leadership skills
