Responsibilities
- Deliver great haircuts and customer service
- Support daily salon operations and keep the salon running smoothly
- Motivate and support a team of stylists

Requirements
- Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and excellent customer service
- Team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
