$32–$42/hr plus tips, built-in clientele, and product bonuses.

• Deliver great haircuts and customer service

Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and excellent customer service
• Team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
• Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
• Organization, flexibility, and interest in growing leadership skills
