Responsibilities
- Working side-by-side with experienced stylists, supporting services while building your skills in real time
- Assisting with shampooing, color, treatments, and styling
- Creating a five-star experience for every guest
- Serving as a support for the front desk flow — booking, checkout, organization
- Keeping the space clean, elevated, and running smoothly
Requirements
- Currently in cosmetology school or early in your career (0–2 years)
- Passionate about learning and eager to grow
- Positive, team-first attitude
- Pays attention to the details and takes pride in your work
- Wants more than just a job — wants a career in this industry
