About the role

Atelier Emmanuel is a thriving hair salon in downtown San Francisco offering an apprenticeship program that includes weekly education. Assistants participate in developing a menu of services with the goal of building their own clientele and graduating to a junior stylist position.

Our environment emphasizes collaboration, professionalism, and authenticity, while discouraging pettiness and drama.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly education and training sessions
• Develop a menu of services to build your clientele
• Work collaboratively in a professional salon environment
• Attend Monday trainings and work Saturdays
• Accept and apply feedback to grow as a stylist/colorist

Requirements

• Licensed professional with excellent presentation
• Willing to invest time to become a skilled stylist/colorist
• Able to work with passion and focus
• Able to work Saturdays and attend Monday trainings
• Studious and open to feedback
