Service Technician

Role Overview: The General Service Technician performs non-technical automotive repairs such as oil changes, tire services, and light maintenance. Responsibilities include driving customers, picking up parts, maintaining shop cleanliness, and supporting team tasks. The role requires adherence to safety procedures, proper vehicle operation, and teamwork. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years old, valid driver’s license, and ability to obtain a State Inspector License within 30 days. Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and physical ability to perform duties in varying environmental conditions. Key Skills & Duties: Perform tire mounting, dismounting, balancing & rotationConduct oil changes and light vehicle maintenancePerform multi-point inspections and document vehicle conditionsMaintain shop cleanliness, organization, and safetyDrive vehicles safely and obey traffic lawsSupport team with additional tasks and follow safety protocols The position involves moderate physical activity, including standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in varying environmental conditions.
